Quickly following up his summer 2020 EP release Matinee, Clayton heads into darker waters with his new album Blind Eye. The title taken from the phrase “to turn a blind eye” themes on the album explore both the outward apathy modern society has posited on us, as well as the internal, delusional dialog, and how they’re one in the same. “Glorious and subterranean”-(Come Here Floyd) in BE, Clayton presents a world both hypnotizing and shrouded in mystery. “From the depths of a mind, full of ecstasy and knowledge, Carey Clayton’s hefty ensembles of notes and parlance, dance with fervor..” -
